02 · Information we collect

When you request an audit through our website, we collect:

• Contact details: your full name, business email address, and phone number.
• Business details: your business name, current website, industry, and main goal.
• Plan details: any services you selected and notes you add.

If you send your details from one of our digital business cards (for example skylinedevs.com/nate), we collect only what you enter there: your name, phone number, email, and business name. It goes to the person whose card it is and to our team, so we can save your contact and follow up with you.

03 · How we use it

Your information is used only to:

• Review your local search presence and website speed for your free audit.
• Get back to you with our findings, typically within 24 hours.
• Save your contact details and follow up, if you sent them from one of our business cards.
• Talk with you directly about your project.

04 · Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use this website: which pages they visit, which buttons they tap, and where they leave. It sets a cookie to tell visits apart. We use this only to improve the site, and we never send it your name, email, or phone number.

05 · Security

Everything you send through our website is encrypted in transit (TLS). Confirmation emails and internal notifications are sent through a secure email provider with restricted access.
